Oil Heaters
說(shuō)明：TM-O系列油式模具控溫機(jī)有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型和高溫型二種系列，主要適用于模具加熱與恒溫。此外，尚可適用于其他有相同需求的領(lǐng)域。此系列模溫機(jī)采用模具回油經(jīng)冷卻器間接冷卻的方式，再由泵浦加壓經(jīng)過(guò)電熱管后送到模具，來(lái)達(dá)到加熱與恒溫的要求。精密PID溫度控制可確保穩(wěn)定的溫服控制。
The TM-O series of oil heaters are used to heat up the mould and maintain this temperature， although they can be used in other similar applications.   High temperature oil from the mould is returned to the cooling tank and cooled by indirect cooling. It is then pressurised by the high-pressure pump， sen to the heating tank and finally to the mould with a constant temperature and accurate PID multi-stage temperature control system.


本機(jī)特點(diǎn)：
1.采用全數(shù)位pID分段式控溫系統(tǒng)，在任何操作狀態(tài)下均可維持穩(wěn)定的模具溫度，控溫精度達(dá)±1°；
2.采用高效率高溫泵浦，壓力大，穩(wěn)定性高；
3.多項(xiàng)安全裝置，當(dāng)發(fā)生故障時(shí)，本機(jī)可自動(dòng)偵測(cè)到異常，并有指示燈顯示異常狀態(tài)；
4.電熱管均采用不銹鋼制造；
5.TM標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型加熱溫度可達(dá)200°；
6.先進(jìn)的回路設(shè)計(jì)，在油路故障時(shí)，不會(huì)發(fā)生高溫爆裂；
7.外形設(shè)計(jì)美觀大方，便于拆卸，維修方便。
