（一）允許接入無負壓設備的條件

1．使用無負壓設備的外接市政供水管道口徑須大于或等于DN400，且為環(huán)狀管網(wǎng)，其所處地區(qū)管網(wǎng)壓力應大于或等于0.28Mpa。對于樓盤較小，使用該設備的用戶不足20戶，用水量小于20立方米/日的，外接市政管網(wǎng)管徑可以適當降低至DN300。

2．接入小區(qū)供水管管徑應大于或等于DN150。

3．單套加壓設備的額定供水量不得大于32米3/小時。

4．采用無負壓方案供水的小區(qū)，總建筑面積不得大于20萬平方米。
